Cancellation policy
Please email info@conversationswithascendedlight.com to cancel or change your appointment — we’re happy to find a new time that suits you. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a refund.
Our guarantee
If you are dissatisfied within the first ten minutes of the reading, the session can be ended and you will not be required to pay the fee. If the reading continues beyond the first ten minutes, payment is necessary. Should this ever occur, there are no hard feelings — in life, one size does not fit all.
